Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using voicescloning.lol (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets you import or record a voice sample, build a reusable voice slot, and generate speech that imitates the reference voice. It also supports designed voices, multi-speaker projects, and localized reads.

3. Your account

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, infringe the rights of others, or breach these terms.

4. Voice rights and consent

You may only upload a voice sample if you own that voice or hold documented permission from the person whose voice it is. You must be able to demonstrate that permission if we ask.

• Do not clone a person without their permission, and do not clone the voice of a minor.
• Do not use a cloned or designed voice to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead, or to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
• Do not use the Service to create content that is unlawful where you or your audience are located.
• Label synthetic audio where the law or the platform you publish on requires it.

5. Your content and our licence

You keep ownership of the samples, scripts, and rendered audio you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store your samples, build and keep the voice embedding for your slots, render the audio you request, and operate the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for the audio you publish.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Usage limits

Each plan includes limits on voice slots, render length, and concurrent jobs. We may adjust limits to keep the Service reliable, and we will not reduce a paid plan below what was advertised when you subscribed.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, improve, or be retired, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of synthesized audio, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms, including claims from a person whose voice you cloned without permission.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the licence you granted us to store samples and embeddings ends, subject to our retention obligations.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
