Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when VoicesCloning ("we", "us") issues refunds for paid plans and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. When we refund

We refund a payment when the Service could not be used for the reason it was purchased and we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time.

• Duplicate or accidental charges for the same plan and period.
• A first monthly payment refunded within 7 days of the charge, provided the plan has not been used for a substantial number of renders.
• A service outage that prevented you from using the studio for an extended part of a billing period.

4. When we do not refund

We do not refund used billing periods, annual plans after the first 14 days, or payments where the account was suspended for breaching our Terms of Service, including cloning a voice without permission.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another region with statutory withdrawal rights, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Where you asked us to begin providing the Service immediately, the withdrawal right may end once the Service has been fully provided for that period.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@voicescloning.lol from the address linked to your account and include the plan, the billing date, and the reason for the request. We reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the credit can take 5-10 business days to appear.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to the suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.
